To secure your place we need you to fill in the REGISTRATION FORM according to the chosen rate. Tariffs:

KHAN RUNNERS / 170Km

• Booking fee: 600€.
• If registration is completed before 09/30/2023: Early price of 2.195€ (Second payment of 1.595€ before 12/31/23)
• If registration is completed between 09/30/2023 and 03/31/2024 : Normal prize of 2.450€ (Second payment of 1.850€ before 03/31/24)
• Starting 04/1st/24:  A fisrt payment of 600€ when filling in the form, and a second payment of 1.950€. Price: 2.550€, as long as there are places available (necessary to check it previously by email: mongoliarun@naturetime.es )

NOMAD RUNNERS / 90Km

• Booking fee: 600€.
• If registration is completed before 09/30/2023: Early price of 2.195€ (Second payment of 1.595€ before 12/31/23)
• If registration is completed between 09/30/2023 and 03/31/2024 : Normal prize of 2.450€ (Second payment of 1.850€ before 03/31/24)

IMPORTANT

To finalise your registration you have to:

• The first payment can be made by credit/debit card or bank transfer
• The second payment can only be made by bank transfer.
  Failure to make the payment by the deadline may result in the loss of your place
• On June 30th 2024, all administrative data and documents of the runner/companion must be completed
• Limited places: reserved for 50 runners.
  **If you have paid 100% of the race fee before March 31st 2024, you will receive a free gift corresponding to the massage service at the end of the third stage in the thermal waters of Tsenkher.

In order to be correctly registered in Mongolia Trail Run 2024 it is necessary to send the following documentation to the organization:

• Photocopy or photo of valid PASSPORT
• SPORTS INSURANCE including rescue if necessary
• Copy of the FLIGHT number ticket for arrival and departure from Ulan Bator
• Brief sporting curriculum with the best results of the last years or feats to be highlighted.

Sometimes plans change… In case you have to cancel your registration please note:

• There is a €600 deposit at the time of enrolment, without full refund
• The last payment is due on May 31st 2024
• All participant cancellations and substitutions will be subject to a €60 administration fee and will need to await confirmation from the Mongolia Trail Run 2024 organisers
• For cancellations up to March 31st 2024, a full refund will be made except for part of the deposit (€250)
• For cancellations made during the period April 1st to May 31st 2024, a full refund will be made except for part of the deposit (€250) plus an administrative fee of €350
• For cancellations after June 1st there will be no refund. In case the runner has another person to replace him/her, he/she will have to pay the amount of €60 for the administrative formalities
• Cancellations are processed by sending an e-mail to inscripciones@naturetime.es with your details, the reason for the cancellation and an account number for reimbursement of the amount due.
